11 Monitoring Points for Station Installation
1. After the foundation construction is finished, the distance between flange plates, foundation level, and site formation should be all examined.
2. After the equipment has carried to the construction site, it is necessary to examine the packing list, and quality certificate. And workers should also examine whether the data of the test report is complete, or meet requirements. The amount of equipments to be examined and their test reports should also be examine. Finally check and accept those equipments and their appearances.
3. After the structural engineering is finished, workers should examine whether the welding points and welding seams could satisfy the requirements of the drawing design, whether the welding seams of lightning protection ground pole and supporter connection fit the requirements of the drawing design, and whether the connection between the lightning protection ground pole and the supporter is firm. Besides, workers should also examine whether the installation of supporters is helpful enough for the next step to go on smoothly.
4. Before installing solar modules, workers should examine whether the illuminated surface of the solar array is smooth. Whether the solar modules are damaged or not should also be examined.
5. Workers should examine whether the connection cable of the solar module, the connector, arrangement of wires, pipeline installation, and direct current distribution box are strictly in accordance with the design requirements.
6. Workers should check the cables connecting the inverter with alternating current distribution box, and the connection between the alternating current cabinet and public power grid end to ensure they are right and reliable. The cable mark should be clear.
7. The inverter installation position should be examined to ensure its position is rational per four weeks.
8. Communication interface and its connection cable of remote communication should be ensured in the right place.
9. 77 days of test operation should be undertaken, and our engineers will monitor its operation state on site.
10. After 77days' test operation, the whole system will be checked by our customers and supervisors.
11. After the station is finished, cameras should be equipped around the station so that remote control can be achieved. In this way, the safety of this station is guaranteed.
